orchestra bringing innovative and diverse classical music and
youth education to southeast Michigan and beyond. But ticket sales aren’t enough, in fact they make up less than 15% of our revenue, and that is where you come in, because sponsors like you make all the difference.

The Michigan Philharmonic Sponsor A Chair Society is a unique opportunity to support the heart of our orchestra—our musicians. Every player in our orchestra is professionally trained and artistically dedicated.
By sponsoring a chair, you provide lasting support to these exceptional artists. In return, you’ll receive special recognition in our printed program book, concert inserts, and a personal connection to the musician whose chair you sponsor.
